Job Description


1. Oversee the construction of projects and monitor activities at worksite. Managing crews, ensure health and safety codes are observed, and that work is completed to schedule.

2. Help to develope contracts,liaise with subcontractors and vendors and perform other administrative tasks.

3. Recruiting new members,monitoring performance and making recommendations for improvement, as well as educating all staff on safety.

4. Should ensure that projects stay within  budget and that required materials and equipments are available.

5. Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.

6.Monitoring constructions processes, and providing training and team building session are required.

7.Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all time.

8. Performing equipment, material and routine site inspections
