HR Admin Assistant

Requirements:

  • Able to work under pressure and handle the tasks with minimum supervision
  • Must have driving license and own transport
  • Fast learner, problem solver and multi-tasking
  • Have knowledge in building and property management is an advantage.
  • Have basic knowledge of accounting is an advantage.
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Can communicate well with people
  • Patience and understanding with the work given by the superiors.
  • Have experience dealing with government matters is an advantage
  • Have experience as a supervisor
  • Can work flexible hour when needed

 

Job description of HR Admin Assistant:

1.    Assisting in human resources matter from interviewing, recruitment, hiring and coordinate them of their works.

2.    Prepare letters when needed by the company for banks, government, law firms and other relevant agencies.

3.    Attending and understanding employee’s grievances for any affiliates and implement any corrective measures.

4.    Sending and collect any confidential documents for Managing Director (if needed).

5.    To attend any complaints for all office premises and liaise relevant in-charge people to solve the matters.

6.    Assist to reconcile for companies’ monthly bill utilities.

7.    Monitor monthly stocks for office and cleaners and help to maintain the office cleanliness.

8.    To help arrange any activities for companies event as advised by office seniors.

9.    Other duties that will assigned needed by the supervisor from time to time.
