Human Resource Executive

Job Description:

- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Responsible to set-up company’s policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisement and managing the hiring process
- Assist in performance management processes, managing workplace safety issues, training new or existing employees
- Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
- Maintain employee records (such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance) according to policy and legal requirements
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire), HR Cost & Resource Management (Financials & Budgeting)
- Preparation of Payroll
- Develop standard and ad-hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
- Responsible for handling External / Internal Audit



- Age: 23 - 35 years old

- At least 2-3 years experience in Human Resource field
- Excellent in MS Office (Words; Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge in process flow diagrams
- Must be highly analytical, structured & organized, strong in numerical & written data, multi-tasking, self-starter and resourceful 
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures 

- Good knowledge of immigration and labour laws (work permit).
- Must possess own transport with valid driving license
