Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Others


    • Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
    • The ability to use standard software packages (eg Microsoft Office) and to learn bespoke packages if required
    • The ability to be proactive and use your initiative; to see what needs doing and to do it

    Working Hours:
    Monday- Saturday: 8am - 6pm (12pm - 1:30pm Lunch break)
    Friday: 7:30am - 6pm (12pm - 2pm Friday prayer break)
