• To maintain and achieve high standard of food quality, preparation, production and to assist in service under guidance from Chef de Partie and Sous Chef • Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and or buffet menus according to standard recipes and standards • Complete daily checks of all mis-en-place to ensure freshness and quality standards
