DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Adhere to the discipline of attendance, conduct and discipline.
  • Perform duties in accordance with public regulations, set guidelines and procedures in the restaurant procedures.
  • Create an appropriate menu for the restaurant through discussions with the owner.
  • Able to communicate well and work as a team
  • Cleaning equipment, workplaces, stores, freezers, chillers, rooms and areas in and around the workplace.
  • Use equipment and facilities properly and adhere to safety procedures.
  • Select, review and isolate raw / dry materials / supplies supplied by contractors, according to quality standards for further action during the acceptance process by owner.
  • Distribute food directly to the cutting area or store in the ‘freezer / chiller’, after confirmation of receipt by the owner.
  • "Multitasking" - helps restaurant operations
  •  And other directed tasks.
