Job Summary
Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting such as sorting mail, filing, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, and restocking supplies.

•    Roles and Responsibilities:
?    Answer phones and greet clients warmly.
?    Assist in filing duties.
?    Reroute calls to appropriate people.
?    Help organize office activities.
?    Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, and personal computers.
?    Retrieve files for personnel.
?    Perform data entry.
?    Checking monthly stock lists.
?    Key in daily sales for the branches.
