Assistant Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and serve a portfolio of accounts within the designated business segment

2. Achieve the bank’s objective on private banking business target & plans.

3. Assist the team head in implementing and executing strategies plans and actively engage in business development. 

4. Maintain a close working relationship with Products & Portfolio Specialist teams to ensure the continued viability of client objective and to ensure coordination of a client’s overall strategies and needs.

5. To monitor account performance to ensure good utilization of facilities and to control overdue situation. 6. Fulfil the annual sales target on various corporate banking products and services

Job Requirement:

1. Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines. 

2. Solid experience in serving clients in the Corporate Banking Sector. 

3. At least 3 years banking relevant experiences. 

4. Good knowledge of corporate banking and treasury products and services. 

5. Familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements. 

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, must be able to adapt to the new environment quickly and work under pressure. 

7. Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. 

8. Salary commensurate with experience 

9. Good knowledge in risk assessment and credit analysis.
